Qualitative descriptions and personal stories provide essential context that numbers alone cannot capture. By contributing your story, you help build a rich understanding of how extraordinary experiences influence wellbeing, beliefs, spirituality, and personal meaning.

This submission is entirely voluntary and is handled with the same academic confidentiality safeguards as the formal questionnaire.
